I’m Tom Swinbourne, CEO here at ZINKT, and I’m excited to welcome you to this space. This is where we’ll be sharing ideas, advice, and insights all about sales commission management and more. Whether you’re a sales leader, an ops specialist, a Salesforce admin or someone curious about motivating and rewarding high-performing teams, you’re in the right place.
We started ZINKT to make sales commission management straightforward, transparent, and useful for everyone involved. With this blog, we’re taking that mission one step further by creating a place where you can learn, get inspired, and maybe even challenge how you’ve always done things.
